Memorare

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that any one who fled to thy protection, implored thy help or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.Inspired by this confidence, We fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins my Mother; to thee do we come, before thee we stand, sinful and sorrowful; O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not our petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer them. എത്രയും ദയയുള്ള മാതാവേ, നിന്റെ സങ്കേതത്തില്‍ ഓടിവന്ന് നിന്റെ സഹായം തേടി നിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യസ്ഥം അപേക്ഷിച്ചവരില്‍ ഒരുവനെയെങ്കിലും നീ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചതായി ലോകത്തില്‍ കേള്‍ക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ല എന്നു നീ ഓര്‍ക്കണമെ. കന്യകകളുടെ രാജ്ഞിയായ കന്യകയേ ദയയുള്ള മാതാവേ ഈ വിശ്വാസത്തില്‍ ധൈര്യപ്പെട്ടു നിന്റെ തൃപ്പാദത്തില്‍ ഞാന്‍ അണയുന്നു. വിലപിച്ചു കണ്ണുനീര്‍ ചിന്തി പാപിയായ ഞാന്‍ നിന്റെ ദയാദിക്യത്തെ കാത്തുകൊണ്ട്‌ നിന്റെ സന്നിധിയില്‍ നില്‍ക്കുന്നു. അവതരിച്ച വചനത്തിന്‍ മാതാവേ! എന്റെ അമ്മേ എന്റെ അപേക്ഷ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാതെ ദയാപൂര്‍വ്വം കേട്ടരുളണമേ. ആമേന്‍.
