• Use the App in English or Malayalam as available, subject to your device’s language settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
• Distribute or sell any part of the App or its content without our explicit permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers, networks, or security measures.

3. User Conduct

When using PrayerBookApp, particularly its community features, you agree to:

• Post content that is respectful, prayerful, and aligned with Christian values.

PrayerBookApp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

Christian PrayerBookApp Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like transmitted through the App by third parties.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any (i.e., $0, as the App is free).

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PrayerBookApp immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
