Shipping Policy

We ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
All orders are shipped through India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post).
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation (Sundays and public holidays excluded).
The shipping charge, if any, is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
A tracking number is added to your order once it is dispatched. You can track it from My orders in the app.
Please make sure your address and PIN code are correct. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses.

Delivery time depends on India Post timelines for your PIN code, typically 3-7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer.
Delivery is made to the address entered at checkout. Please provide a working phone number so the postman can reach you.
If a delivery attempt fails or your parcel is delayed beyond 15 days from dispatch, email us with your order ID and we will trace it with India Post or arrange a replacement or refund.
Please check the parcel on receipt. If it is visibly damaged or tampered with, take an unboxing photo or video and contact us within the return window.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
Please share an unboxing photo or video and your order ID at contact@prayerbookapp.com so we can process it quickly.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Blessed, personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the item.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item).
If an item turns out to be out of stock after payment, we will refund you in full.
Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photos because of screen differences. This is not a defect.

To cancel an order, email contact@prayerbookapp.com with your order ID before it is dispatched. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled. You can return them after delivery as described above.
If a payment fails or is cancelled, the order is not confirmed and you are not charged. Any amount debited by mistake is refunded by your bank or Razorpay.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
